Social Justice: Eliminating Exploitation in The Supply Chain

About

The fashion industry employs 800,000 people in the UK. Yet investigations have shown examples of modern slavery existing even on home shores of late, contributing to the estimated 40.3 million people in modern slavery worldwide today, according to The Global Slavery Index. How do we centre justice within the sustainability conversations? This session will explore the work being done throughout the fashion supply chain to eliminate exploitation.
