About Our Pillars The circular fashion ecosystem UN Sustainable Goals

About

The British Fashion Council launched the Institute of Positive Fashion (IPF) as a climate think and action tank to address the fashion industry’s environmental impact and the ongoing climate crisis.

Our goals are to support industry to meet UN goals by 2030 and 2050. Within this we aim to see Fashion be within the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) by 2035 and help establish the foundations of a  UK Circular Fashion Ecosystem by 2032.
