I bought a Business Package ticket, how do I add my guests?
To upload your guest information, use your unique login to access your profile on the IPF website here.
I haven't received my ticket, what should I do?
If you're unable to find your tickets, please ensure you check your junk folder. All tickets are sent from info@britishfashioncouncil.com. If you still can't find your ticket, don't panic, all guest names will be on the door on the day of the event.
I am attending as a guest of my business. How do I make sure I am getting the emails and am on the list?
Please get in touch with the person that purchased tickets within your business, to make sure that they have added the correct email address for you. Once you have been added, you will receive your personalised log in to the IPF website, to access booking capabilities. Please check your junk and spam to ensure that our emails aren't being filtered out.

What can I attend at the event?
All keynotes and hacks are open to all ticket holders to attend. If you wish to attend a workshop, please book into the workshops at no extra cost, via the 'My Space' area of the IPF website
When will I receive my ticket?
Tuesday 18th April 2023. Any tickets purchased after 18th April will be sent within five minutes of the purchase, to the email the guest used to buy the tickets with.
