The Sustainability 101 series has been created to support and guide the sustainable development of fashion and textile manufacturing in the UK as part of CFIN’s Sustainable Manufacturing pillar.
Throughout the series, we are sharing knowledge on fundamental concepts and practice required to shape a more sustainable industry via simple guides and practical webinars.
The series is divided between two issues. The first issue focuses on standards and certifications, offering a comprehensive guide to standards tailored specifically for the UK manufacturing industry, whilst the second issue look at green claims with insights for UK fashion and textile manufacturers on making accurate and reliable statements about their sustainability practices.
We are currently halfway through, and all past guides and webinars are free to access through CFIN by emailing sustainability@ukft.org, and upcoming webinars are available to register through our events section.
