Valerie Keller

Co-founder and Co-chair, Imagine

As IMAGINE Co-Founder and Co-Chair, Valerie helps leaders use their power for good. She co-founded IMAGINE with Paul Polman and for two years led IMAGINE as CEO, successfully launching evidence-based transformation with a circle of conscious alumni CEOs, the Fashion Pact and the IMAGINE Food Collective. ​

With deep expertise in transformational leadership, she helps global corporations become purpose-led and future-fit and convenes what she calls 'Courageous Collectives' to accelerate tipping points for humanity’s Global Goals.   

Prior to co-founding Imagine, Valerie served as EY’s Global Markets Executive Director, Global Strategy Business Development Leader and Global Leader of the Beacon Institute which she founded at Oxford. Prior to EY, she founded Veritas, a boutique advisory scaling social enterprises for cross-Atlantic growth and helped leverage films and the power of story for policy reform. Prior to Veritas, she was CEO of a behavioural healthcare organization, housing development and a social enterprise focusing on eradicating homelessness in the southern US.  

An Associate Fellow of the University of Oxford Said Business School, Valerie also serves as an executive education Program Director, designing and teaching leadership programs for global executives and the World Economic Forum.  

Selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader, Valerie was named to JP Morgan Chase’s 20 Under 40 list and The Independent’s Women Who Mean Business and a recipient of Change Agent Network's Humanitarian of the Year award.  

A long-standing member of Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board, she has also served on the advisory boards of Global Thinkers Forum and the World Policy Institute. She is a global ambassador for SameSky, a trade-not-aid enterprise employing genocide survivors and HIV+ women in Rwanda. More recently has become a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
