Nicoletta Sartori is Head of Sustainability at the Benetton Group. In 2014, after a career spanning a variety of divisions within the company, she embarked on a journey to design and implement the sustainability strategy of the Benetton Group and its brands, covering social, environmental and governance issues, with a global perspective.
Today, she is entrusted with defining policy frameworks in harmony with ESG principles, preventing and managing risks related to sustainability issues, monitoring and consistently transforming the supply chain, and improving the Group's performance in relation to the main international indices.
In addition, with her team she is also responsible for the annual publication of the Integrated Report, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability throughout the Group as well as well as actively engaging with key industry stakeholders to create an increasingly sustainable future for the fashion industry.
