Mads Twomey-Madsen is Senior Vice President, Sustainability & Communications at Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand. The company employs 37,000 people worldwide, and its jewellery is sold in more than 100 countries. Pandora is ranked among the 100 most sustainable companies in the world. It has shifted entirely to recycled silver and gold, is spearheading the use of lab-grown diamonds, and has committed to halve CO2 emissions across its full value chain by 2030. Prior to joining Pandora, Mads has held leading positions with Novonesis and Ericsson and has been a partner and board member in strategic communications consulting.
